I lead virtual coaching, providing structured semi private sessions and individualized programming designed to support consistency and confidence from anywhere.

Getting started is simple

Complete Your Forms

Fill out the intake form, client agreement, and waiver online. Select your program or start with the 7 day trial.

Get Your Access Code

Once your forms are received I will send you your personal login code to access the Everyday Strong member platform.

Access the Platform

Log in to your member portal to access on demand workout videos, the community, progress tracking, and your weekly Zoom links.

Show Up & Get Strong

Join live classes Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm or work out on demand anytime. Modifications available for every exercise.

Common questions

These classes are designed for all fitness levels and can be modified based on experience, injuries, or limitations. Whether you're brand new to fitness or returning after a break, you belong here.
All workouts can be modified using bodyweight only equipment is optional. You may see dumbbells, mini resistance bands, yoga blocks, yoga balls, and sliders used in class, but nothing is required to get started.
Zoom links are sent the night before or morning of class after payment has been received. Payment is due every Sunday for the upcoming week. If you believe you should have received a link and haven't, please reach out.
Absolutely! Everyday Strong is family friendly and we welcome your kids to join with you. We like to keep it real and show real life you may even see Heather's sons and/or animals during class!
No due to the risk of injuries, a waiver and intake form is required before attending. If a friend is interested, we offer a 7 day trial so they can get the full Everyday Strong experience safely.
If you're unable to attend a class, a recorded version will be provided and available for 7 days.
Absolutely! Let us know ahead of time how many classes per week and we will work together to make it work.
All payments are non refundable. If you're unable to attend a scheduled class, a recorded version will be provided and available for 7 days. In certain situations such as illness or emergencies, payment may be rolled over to the following week at the discretion of Everyday Strong. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or unused sessions.

I'm a mom of two boys (13 and 7), and like many of the people I work with, I've had to learn how to balance health, family, work, and everything in between.

Over the past six years, I've lost 80 pounds, and that journey has taught me that progress isn't perfect. It's full of ups, downs, restarts, and learning along the way. I'm human too, and I believe fitness should be a safe, supportive place where people feel understood, not judged.

My goal with Everyday Strong is to create a space where real people can show up as they are, build strength, and work toward becoming stronger in a way that fits their everyday life.
